No, with the guest check-out feature, you can purchase without signing up in Headquarters.ph. Signing up with Headquarters.ph enables you to gain access with the latest promotions, hottest items, discounts, and customer support.

You can search by anime character name, silhouette, style, or type of product, on the search tab in the top right corner.

How much do you charge for shipping?

For all toys (small and big toys) & Sprayground bags: shipping cost to be shouldered by customer. Current shipping fee and packaging cost shall apply. Shipping rates will depend on the delivery location and the size of the package. A shipping calculator is available to show shipping rates when checking out.

For accessories, stationery (except paper products), home & living items (except tumblers), all Tokyo Toys items that can fit into small pouch to small box packaging: Free shipping for a minimum purchase of P3,000. A P200 Fixed Shipping Fee Nationwide for below P3,000.

For all apparel, all caps, all tumblers, all paper products (notebook, notepad, etc) -except Tokyo Toys merchandise: Free shipping for a minimum purchase of P1500. P200 Fixed Shipping Fee Nationwide for below P1,500.

How do I buy a product?

You can make any purchase without signing up for an account by accessing different categories in our page or by typing a keyword or keywords in the Search bar.

In the page of a particular product, you may choose among the different colors and sizes. Once you are done selecting your purchase, please proceed to your cart for review, and then press the go to checkout button. Upon checkout, fill up the required fields and select a payment method.

How do I use my promo code and store credits?

If you have promo codes and/or store credits, you may use it upon check-out of your order.

When do you process orders?

Orders are processed daily until 12PM from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 10AM, on weekends or during holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

When will my credit card be charged?

Headquarters.ph will send you a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed. Once the order has been processed, your credit card will be charged. Once charged, your order will then be ready for shipping.

Where can I find detailed information about a product?

The Products page will contain detailed specifications on a product.

What type of products does Headquarters.ph have?

There are different kinds of products available at Headquarters that will surely satisfy your inner authentic fan in you. From limited edition figure toys, miniature & plush toys, anime posters, to outerwear for men, and tee shirts for both men and women. We also have caps, bags, home decorative and functional items, travel and office accessories, tech accessories and electronics.

How do I reset my password?

What if the item I want to purchase is out of stock?

An out-of-stock tag will immediately appear if the item you are trying to purchase is out of stock. If the item you selected after ordering becomes out of stock, the item has already been reserved for you.

What if I don’t have a credit card?

You may pay over-the-counter in all SM Business Centers, M.Lhuillier, LBC, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, RCBC, EastWest bank, RobinsonsBank,Sterling Bank of Asia, Chinabank, PNB, Unionbank, UCPB, Maybank and Landbank nationwide.
We also offer Cash-On-Delivery (COD) in selected areas; however, we have a maximum of Php 20,000 purchase limit for COD.

When should I expect to receive my order?

Orders are sealed and delivered within 2-4 business days for areas within Metro Manila and 4-8 business days for areas outside Metro Manila. Delivery will be coursed through our partner courier LBC, Honestbee, Ninja Van, XPOST and Black Arrow.

How do I receive my Order Voucher/Invoice for the purchased product?

You will receive your Order Voucher/Invoice via e-mail when you have completed the payment for your product. Your Order Voucher/Invoice will include the Order Number which you can use to track your order.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been processed, you will be provided an order number via e-mail so you may check your order status. You may also find your transactions and order tracking information in the Order History tab within the My Account Category if you have an account.

Is there a minimum purchase amount for Over-the-Counter transactions?

There is no minimum purchase amount for all BPI, BDO, Metrobank, RCBC, EastWest bank, RobinsonsBank,Sterling Bank of Asia, Chinabank, PNB, Unionbank, UCPB,Maybank and Landbank branches nationwide. There is a minimum purchase amount of Php 200 for LBC and M. Lhuillier branches and Php 250 for SM Business Centers.

How do I know if the product is authentic?

You may know the product is authentic and officially licensed if it has the sticker/seal of authenticity from the manufacturer located in the packaging of the item.

How do I change my account information?

Upon logging in to your account, you may update or edit your account information by clicking on the My Account button.

Can I change my e-mail address in my account?

Yes. You may change your e-mail address. Headquarters.ph will send a confirmation to your new e-mail address when you have updated it from your account.

How do I know if there’s a new product on Headquarters.ph?

All new items will be tagged as new upon going live at Headquarters.ph. You can also check out the NEW ARRIVALS page here.

Can I make changes to an open order?

Once you have received a confirmation e-mail for your purchase, you may no longer cancel or modify the order. If you wish to return your purchase, you may contact us at headquartersphstore@gmail.com. Click here to view our Return/Refund Policy.

What are your shipping restrictions?

Headquarters.ph operates only in the Philippines. Orders made outside of the country may be processed provided that the indicated delivery address is within the Philippines.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes. Headquarters.ph has a gift provision. Upon check-out, customer may input a different recipient for the item he/she will purchase except for Cash on Delivery Transactions. The full Order Invoice will be sent to the customer who paid for the item but a Gift Invoice will be sent to the recipient of the item. The recipient may use the Gift Invoice if he/she wants to return/exchange the item.

Can I refund or return my item?

Headquarters stands behind the quality of everything we sell. We pride ourselves in offering authentic finds for authentic fans. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept a return.

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date that you received the item. Returnable items must not have been purchased under the “Sales” category. Item(s) must be returned in their original packing, including gift boxes, tag and label, and items must be unworn, unused, unaltered and unwashed.

For returnable toys, the item must be completely sealed, never been opened and/or removed from its original packaging. Failure to comply with the requirement(s) may render your return or exchange claim invalid.

Returnable toys are described below:

CONSTRUCTION FAULT

- Product not true to form and or function.
- Wrong cut, assembly, arrangement, mold, fabrication, built, form, contour, shape, type, figure, design, structure and or composition.
- Asymmetry in product appearance and make.
- Protrusions and sharp edges or points not part of the original design that can cause discomfort or be hazardous to user.

WRONG STYLE/SHIPMENT

Item looks different from the rest of the lot. Difference may come in the form of details that should be present or otherwise. Inform MBD right away upon receipt of defective item(s).

SURFACE SCRATCHES

Scores, marks, indentations, scrapes, peeling, abrasions found on merchandise.

MISSING PARTS

- Lost/ unaccounted for part(s). Parts not physically present based on original style/package.
- Chipped off part(s) with the latter no longer physically present.

DETACHED OR BROKEN PARTS

- Merchandise with loose, disjoined and or unhinged part(s) with the latter still with the original merchandise/package.
- Chipped off part(s) with the latter still intact with the original merchandise/package.

DAMAGED BOX/PACKAGING

- Dent, scrapes, obvious, deep and long scratches.
- Packaging not in mint condition or does not look new and unopened or properly sealed.
- Dirty or wet packaging. Deteriorated state of appearance that does not pass standards.

To return the item, you must fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form, which you may access by clicking the Return button in Order History. Headquarters.ph will process your request within 30 days. Once your request is deemed valid, Headquarters.ph will send a Return Confirmation e-mail. Securely pack your merchandise and return to courier on scheduled date of pick-up/delivery.

Alternatively, you may contact us at headquartersphstore@gmail.com with the title: “Return”. Please include photos of the item in its original packaging.

Refunds for purchased items will depend on the form of payment used. For credit and debit payments, we will process reversal of payments in 10-15 business days. For cash-on-delivery, you can choose from bank transfer or store credits in 5-10 business days. For store credit, it will be credited to your Headquarters.ph account in 5 business days.

When requesting an exchange, we cannot guarantee that the item you wish to receive in exchange will be available at the time your request is processed. We highly recommend that you simply return the item you wish to exchange, and place a new order for the replacement item on our website.
