Orders are processed daily until 12:00 noon from Monday to Friday. All orders placed after 12:00 noon and during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been processed, you will be provided with an order tracking number, which will be indicated in the confirmation or acknowledgment email that will be sent to you. You may check your order status with the order tracking number provided to you. Your orders will be prepared for shipping once it has been processed. Cash-On-Delivery (COD) transactions will be processed within 2-10 business days and may be tracked by going to the shipping page.
Headquarters.ph operates in the Philippines; delivery addresses outside of the country can also be processed. For a smoother process, you may first verify your item's availability via Facebook Messenger (@HQStorePH) or via our contact page. Once you've verified availability, you may send your order with your contact details via the same platforms. You will receive a Paypal invoice via email with the break down of your order and shipping fee. Mode of payment is via Paypal only. Once paid, we will ship out your order. We will provide you the reference number and the tracking link via email.
